Horečka
Watch horečka FilmoFlix. In the bustling streets of Prague, people waiting in various places gradually begin to gather in groups. The number of those waiting grows, and long queues form. What are they waiting for? Jaromil Jireš’s lively four-minute film offers a witty and historically valuable commentary on the everyday life of Prague’s residents in the late 1950s. With its observational, poetic style and jazz accompaniment, the film lays the foundations for the Czechoslovak New Wave.
